GEMS Self Service allows USF employees to review and, where appropriate, add, update, or delete their information online.
GEMS is the management system for the University of South Florida’s personnel and payroll activities, and is the primary source of information on positions, appointment information, payroll registers, and budget summaries.
FAST is the Financial Accounting System at the University of South Florida. It is the official management system for all financial transactions including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivables, Asset Management, Billing, P-cards, Purchasing and Travel.
